• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@exampasspro.com. We will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.
